-    Reference Laboratory Consultancy Group: Follow up on technical matters (For example: Preparing samples, ensuring their homogeneity and packaging).

Procedures

1.    The Accreditation Unit - Accreditation System announces a Skill Testing Program to be held.
2.    Submitting an application for participation, appointing a liaison officer (provide the contact information with the laboratory (telephone number, fax number, e-mail).
3.    Paying off the due amounts for participating laboratories.
4.    The Reference Laboratory in collaboration with the Consultancy Group shall perform Sample preparation, packaging, numbering and assuring their homogeneity.
5.    Preparation of instructions related to the program (identifying the testing methods to be used, instructions for handling and transporting samples and forms for filling out the test results by the participating laboratories), by the Consultancy Group.
6.    The participating laboratories shall be informed of the method and the date of receiving the samples.
7.    Receive samples in the presence of the program coordinator from the accreditation unit, and give each participating laboratory a secret number to preserve the confidentiality of the results.

8.    Participating laboratories shall examine the samples and fill out the results on the forms sent by the Accreditation Unit - Accreditation System and comply with the instructions attached.
 
9.    Delivery of the results from the participating laboratories to the Program Coordinator from the Accreditation Unit within the agreed upon time period.
 
10.    The program coordinator shall ensure the commitment of the participating laboratories to the instructions when filling out the forms and writing the secret number without mentioning the name of the laboratory or the name of the examiner.

11.    The Consultancy Group shall analyze the results, issue a report in that regard and send it to the Accreditation Unit for review and approval.

12.    Issuing the report and informing the participating laboratories of their results and then uploading the report to the unit's website.
 
13.    A questionnaire is handed out to the participating laboratories to measure their level of satisfaction with the service.

14.    Analysis of the questionnaire and taking notes for other stages.
